Planet Fitness

     Yesterday I got a gym membership at Planet Fitness for 10 dollars down and 10 dollars a month. They had a special that was expiring yesterday and I decided to bite, and boy was it worth.
     I ran 5.5 miles in 70 minutes and enjoyed the best shower I've had in a over a month. The shower was cramped, but it had curtains making it private. Much better than the baby wipe and bar soap baths I've been doing at the truck stop for the past month.

A Familiar Face

     On October 31st, 2016, I stayed at a WalMart parking lot and was delighted to discover someone in their car next who was also dwelling there for the night. He was young in his early to mid-20s and was cooking a meal with a JetBoil. I didn't approach him due to the uncertainty as to why he was there. I'm sure he was annoyed by my constant eyes watching his movements as he prepared his meal. I couldn't help it, I was intrigued and it made me feel happy realizing that I wasn't the only one even though his circumstances are by far different from my own.
     In a future post, I'll begin to talk about how I have my Prius setup, improvements, and maybe talk about personal items.

The Beginning

     On October 20th, 2016, I decided that it was time for me to begin a new chapter of my life.
     I had just finished a five-year relationship that did not end well. I felt trapped and as if I had nowhere to go, but then I made a sudden decision. I grabbed a sleeping bag, a few cloth, food, hopped in my Prius, and drove away.
     In some ways, I was prepared for this, in other ways, I was not prepared.
     In the coming time, I will document my adventures, and errors, trying to incorporate photos, videos, and insight. As to the purpose the blog, well, it will not only be Prius Living in an urban environment, it will also be an emotional area to share myself and look back upon my life. This blog will be an evolving entity, a fraction of my mind and the future community to come.
